She found a dirty, old crate, cleaned it up and sanded it down.  The she painted it with just regular acrylic paint.  Super cute display option!

Free Cabinet and Cute Table

She took a cabinet she scored for Free and gave it a much needed makeover with paint. She used Zinsser 123 Plus Primer and painted with Valspar Signature Satin Finish in White.

She repaired her cute table and then applied a coat of DiY chalk paint (2/3 acrylic paint, 1/3 Plaster of Paris, and a little water). Then she added two coats of Valspar acrylic satin Robin’s Egg Blue. She finished with a coat of Minwax Wipe-On Polyurethane, Interior Clear.

She took a thrifted black wood shelf and turned it into something Marie Antoinette would proudly hang in Versailles! She used Annie Sloan chalk paint in Emile and Old White with clear wax on top and then adored with 24 kt Gold leafing.
