Diane @ Giraffe Legs submitted her cute side table.

She found this night stand at Homegoods in the clearance for only $22 ~ SCORE. It had a smashed corner. Some glue and a few clamps later, the corner was reinforced, and she painted it with a custom mix of ASCP and then added a linen drawer front, and a decorative border too. So pretty!

Once Upon A Time Story Seat

She transformed a tiny old foot rest that had been banished to the basement by using left over Annie Sloan Chalk paint and fabric which was left over from another project. It’s now an adorable child’s story time seat.  So sweet!

Updating a Pillow with Paint

Piano Bench

Sunday @ A Sunday Afternoon submitted her lovely bench.

Power of Paint

With canvas drop cloth material, she painted stripes with a foam roller using Dutch Boy’s Dura Clean in Black. She also used the same black to paint the piano bench. Then she distressed the bench and stapled the striped canvas onto the seat.  LOVE this bench!

Numerical Chairs and Betsy Ross

She used Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Pure White and upholstered the seats with an old grain sack.

Miranda @ Pressing On transformed her cabinet.

She painted this laminate cabinet in a Betsy Ross style flag. She used a combination of ASCP and latex with plaster of paris mixed in. She topped it with an antiquing glaze and Polycrylic.

Hutch and Patio Set

Ashley @ Little Yellow Barn submitted this gorgeous chalk painted hutch.

She used Provence chalk paint by Annie Sloan. She dry brushed “Old White” over the beautiful teal blue.  Leftover pallet wood scraps were used to piece together the backing, which was then primed and painted with a latex.   So pretty!

Sunday @ A Sunday Afternoon submitted her patio set makeover.

She found this cute patio set for $20 but it was rusted and the fabric faded. It didn’t take long to spray paint it cute colors and easily re-cover the seat cushions with a drop cloth.  LOVE the teal blue and red combo.
