She used a diy chalk paint and Vermont Natural Coatings on this end table to recreate it into something fun.

Susan @ Sunflower Hugs submitted her lovely mustard yellow desk.
She painted the desk with homemade chalk paint in 2 colors of Behr paints to achieve the mustard yellow color. She stained the top with Minwax dark walnut and covered the entire desk with Annie Sloan dark wax diluted with paint thinner to create a glaze. So pretty!

She painted the chair with DIY Chalk Paint made with a sample Duron paint sample and non-sanded grout with water. Then she used Minwax Antique Walnut Stain and wiped it on and off quickly. She finished with a clear wax.

She made some DIY Chalk Paint using a Duron red sample mixed with a white sample paint + non-sanded grout & water. She finished the entire piece with 4 coats of Polyacrylic.

She has been redoing her kitchen. She used chalk paint on her kitchen cabinets & she just finished the countertops using Giani countertop paint. Very cool!

She made this Vintage Sundries Sign using homemade chalk paint for the white edges and letters and she used acrylic paint for the side letters and edges. She used a Silhouette Cameo and contact paper to stencil the letters. Then she sanded it all with an electric sander… so cute!
